Card must remain on file in case of cancellation against policies, to schedule appointments and to sign up for a membership.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Ashley's has a 24-hour cancellation notice, if you cancel within 24 hours a 50% service charge can be applied to your card on file.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy:
We do not accept return products.
We do not issue any refunds (Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Certificates or Cash).
We do not exchange any product for any reason.
